Our Pal, Wormy

 Jac and Donovan made a friend at the playground.

They took Wormy for rides,

(poor Wormy fell off that stick a bunch of times but was still wiggling around!)

built him (her?) a home (red arrow), 

found leaves for him to eat, 

Mismatched shoes are a big thing these days

and, before we left, covered him to, as Donovan said, “protect him from predators.”

Then came home and made Wormy art

and planned how they could make a garden for Wormy’s friends. 

A very successful day.
