Baby Cake

Hubby’s oldest friend, from grade school, welcomed his first grandchild on March 19

so Jac and I made a (really great) chocolate cake (recipe) and (much too sweet) chocolate frosting,

so she and Donovan could decorate it (sprinkles everywhere! They’re like glitter… you never get them all cleaned up),

Not the prettiest cake but it tasted GREAT

and we could wish baby Scarlett Anne a very happy birth day from her Ventura County cousins.

Also. Jac renamed her wolf pup “S’mores O’Cakes” ……
