Puntarenas

It rained for most of our time in Puntarenas, Costa Rica, 

so Sandy and I elected to stay on board QE 

while the gents took a walk down the pier and a short way into town.

 QE looks good even in the rain

The air temperature was about 80°, so it was warm and super muggy,

 Lido Deck in the rain

perfect for sitting on our balcony

watching the colorful local fishing boats 

and the Kites(?) (I thought they were pelicans at first)

 Tug inbound to escort us out of the bay

diving into the schools of fish we could see flashing just below the surface.

Tomorrow is another at-sea day, then Thursday we head into the Panama Canal. Hope we see a crocodile this time!
