Delicate Flower

Leia’s at it again. 

Last time it was her elbow, broken in a hover board mishap in April 2018.

This time it’s her thumb, broken during gym class when she tried to stop a speeding soccer ball headed for her face. (She obviously forgot the "no hands" rule . . .)

She’ll have a splint for two weeks, then her doctor will re-evaluate the need for a full-hand cast. Crossing fingers Leia can keep the splint. She’s not too upset about being unable to write her homework but texting with only one hand may drive her crazy.
