Wonky Doodles

I wasn’t thrilled with yesterday’s echinacea design, so I started doodling on the photo last night and came up with this ⬇️

So it was back to the cutting board today (why yes, I had cut all the pieces for the previous design . . .) but I like this a lot better, even though it looks wonky with only half the sashings attached.

Looks like I get a sew day on Saturday so maybe I’ll get this finished. Or maybe I’ll start something new . . .
