All The Things

School starts again on Tuesday so we’re trying to cram as much into these last few days as possible.

I’d planned to have the kids make individual pizzas for dinner 

but Donovan’s reaction was, “I want banilla cake. And banilla icing.”

So we made cake (not bad, even if it wasn’t chocolate)

AND pizza (Jac would like it noted that her spatula says ‘let it snow’ “Just like Elsa!”)

and checked out the low-tech rain gauge Pop set up before the last storm. 

2.25” 1.5” in 24 hours is not bad for our area. Keep it coming please, Mother Nature! And now I need a nap.
