Christmas Cookies
Had an urge to make cookies with the littles today after I finished the first batch of zucchini bread.
I’m not a big fan of sugar cookies - I’d much rather have chocolate anything - but Jac and Donovan love the rolling, cutting and SPRINKLES.And the eating.
These had barely cooled before they were disappearing into little mouths. So good!According to the recipe, the dough will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, so I see daily fresh cookies in our future. Maybe tomorrow we’ll try them with chocolate icing …Notes for next year - used Annette’s recipe with 1/2 T each of vanilla and almond extract.
