Almost Holiday Ready

We’re getting close to the finish line. Pop wrapped the presents today (and Donovan got to open “just one!” when he stopped by)

and I’ve finished most of the baking - my mom’s peanut butter candy/fudge, chocolate chip cake, brownies and two rounds of my MIL’s zucchini bread.

My snow globe birthday present - so fancy!

Tomorrow I’ll make rolls and deviled eggs (plain hard boiled for the kids) and I think that’s it? Seems like I’m missing something … I kinda feel like a slacker since I usually make so.much.more but everyone is getting their favorites so I think we’re good. 

I finished two new holiday wallhangings - and got them up before Christmas. Shocker! Hubby is a huge steampunk fan so the one above, quilted with snowflakes, is for him. 

I’m not a big Grinch fan but Jac and others are, so this is for them. The quilted lights and candy cane binding make him a pretty sweet guy.

Happy to see this rainbow after our week of rain. Should be sunny skies through Christmas.
