Colorado Wrap Up

Saturday travel day was uneventful - the best way! - and we made it home just before midnight.

 LA looks pretty at night

Lucas finished, and modeled, his first hat

and says it will be good for snow days -

nice and thick! He’s not a Packers fan, those are just favorite colors.

He’s working steadily on his first crocheted blanket too. Needs it done by Christmas since he’s planning for it to be a gift. (We talked about taking breaks and pacing yourself since his hands are already hurting . . .)

Found a new fabric store in Johnstown and fell in love with Firefly by Ruby Star Society (the blue and white fabrics). So pretty and sparkly! The orange was 4 yards for $20 - couldn’t pass that up!

And a pair of turkey candlesticks for decorating next Thanksgiving. Silly but I love them.
