Yo Sa Mite* Bound

How did I spend the first leg of our trip to Yosemite? Winding yarn. That's 500 yards of the softest, prettiest alpaca I've ever seen. It's Great Adirondack Yarn Company's Sierra Trillum, Tweed Alpaca, that I bought on our New England trip last fall.

I'd been saving it for a special project and it finally told me what it wants to be - a knit Peace Shawl. Who knew?
