What's Next

Another day, another crew making mysterious noises behind the magic (plastic) curtain. Each afternoon, the office manager sends an update with a short progress report and photos. 

 

Today's report: 

Our team finished the demolition. 

Wood framing is still wet.

They left the drying equipment.

 

Not gonna lie, can't wait for the drying equipment to leave. It's always on, making constant noise and the thought of what it's doing to our next electric bill... 

 

Once the wood is dry - if it's ever dry - they'll sand it down, seal it off and (I think) they're done. 

 

Still waiting to hear if the insurance company will require a mold recheck before they sign off on this ...
